Spencer is a first-year MBA candidate at the Wharton School and is also studying in the Lauder Program earning an MA in International Studies. Before Wharton, he worked at McCarthy Capital, a growth equity investment firm in Omaha, Nebraska with $4B AUM. And previously in tech M&A at Lazard. Spencer graduated from the University of Nebraska where he studied business and computer science. He also earned an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin He is an active board member of the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital and Restructuring & Distressed Investing Club.
