Kashica Agarwal is a second-year MBA at The Wharton School, pursuing majors in Finance and Management. Prior to Wharton, she was an Associate at Warburg Pincus, a leading private equity advisory firm with $85bn+ in Assets under Management. At Warburg, Kashica focused on evaluating opportunities across healthcare, business services and technology services, deploying $1B and exiting $1B over her term. Kashica’s career began with management consulting at McKinsey, where she worked across diverse sectors and functions. Kashica graduated from St. Stephen’s, University of Delhi with a major in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
