VP Operations
Arita Sandoval is a first-year MBA student at The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, where she studies Business, Economics, and Public Policy with a focus on Latin America. As one of the first women to serve in combat arms, Arita led both tank and cavalry scout platoons in the U.S. Army before being selected for special operations as a detachment commander. In her most recent role, she led teams working alongside foreign governments and militaries, forging partnerships with U.S. diplomatic offices and commercial partners across West Africa to drive development in counterterrorism, education, and fintech. Arita graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2017 with a B.S. in Psychology and a focus in Nuclear Engineering.
